Dr. Vikas Chandra Swarnkar is the Director of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur. Prior to this he was PG Resident, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology.

He is the founding director of Jaipur Fertility Center (now an urban satellite centre, a unit of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur), the first center in Rajasthan and North India to have a successful IVF program and distributes more than ten. Thousands of children to infertile couples in the last two decades.
